Sattu Drink | Sattu Ka Namkeen Sharbat
Sattu drink or sattu sharbat is a very popular healthy summer drink. Sattu is a roasted chana (gram) flour. Sattu ka sharbat is nutritious & cool in nature.

2 cup chilled water 5 tblp sattu roasted gram flour 1 lemon 1 Medium size lemon 1.5 tsp black salt 1 tsp finely chopped chili (optional) 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves 1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder A handful of ice cubes
Add all ingredients in a vessel.
Mix all ingredients together in a vessel. Adjust salt and lemon as per your taste.
Pour in glasses, add ice cubes, garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
Tips
Adding chilies is completely optional.
Sattu grains tend to sit at the bottom keep stir it occasionally before sipping.
Adjust salt and lemon juice as per your taste.
You can add chopped onion too as garnishing.
If you want a bit of spicy then add chopped chilies otherwise eliminate it completely.
