Take a sharp or serrated knife and cut lengthwise on either side of the mango.
Make 3 horizontal and 3 vertical cuts in the flesh of the sliced part. NOTE- be careful not to cut through the skin.
Push the backside of the sliced mango so that flesh comes out. Scoop out the cubes and discard the outer skin.
Repeat the same on the other side.
Peel and cut the remaining part around the seed.
Discard the fruit skin and seed. Mango pulp is ready in terms of mango chunks.
