Ingredients

  • 5 Medium size ripe tomato cup roughly
  • 1/2 Medium size onion chopped roughly
  • 1/2 Cup green coriander chopped
  • 1-2 Serrano chili (adjust as per taste) chopped roughly
  • 2 Tblsp lemon juice
  • 2 Medium size garlic clove
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Tsp sugar

Instructions

  • Collect all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse till everything combined and broken into tiny pieces. It should not be a smooth paste.
  • Serve tomato salsa chilled with tortilla chips.

Notes

  1. You can oven roast the tomatoes before adding it to a food processor.
  2. I used my Ninja food processor to make this salsa.
  3. Since we are using all fresh ingredients, therefore you can store salsa in the fridge for 2-3 days or up to one week.
  4. Since salt and lime juice is added, tomato keeps leaving out their juicy content making this salsa watery. So remove excess liquid before serving.
