Sprouted moong salad is very healthy and nutritious. Moong dal/yellow lentil is a good source of vitamins like Vit K, Vit C, Iron, Vit B, and protein. Moong dal salad or yellow lentil salad can be eaten as a snack or breakfast. This is also a great post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh beans sprout
  • 1 medium size tomato chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp green bell pepper
  • white pepper powder as per taste
  • salt as per taste

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and serve immediately. It tastes awesome.
