½ gallon organic whole milk ¼ cup yogurt (curd)
Mix live culture in a cup of milk and whisk nicely.
Pour the rest of the milk in instant pot’s inner pot. Add the live culture mixture to it. Mix properly with the help of whisker.
Close the instant pot lid and set at the venting position. Now press the YOGURT mode and set the time for 8 hours.
Once the 8 hour timer is over, open the lid and take out the inner pot. Keep it in the fridge for two hours.
After two hours yogurt is set properly. You can serve it and use it for breakfast granola, raita, or buttermilk.
