  • Instant Pot


  • ½ gallon organic whole milk
  • ¼ cup yogurt (curd)


  • Mix live culture in a cup of milk and whisk nicely.

  • Pour the rest of the milk in instant pot’s inner pot. Add the live culture mixture to it. Mix properly with the help of whisker.

  • Close the instant pot lid and set at the venting position. Now press the YOGURT mode and set the time for 8 hours.

  • Once the 8 hour timer is over, open the lid and take out the inner pot. Keep it in the fridge for two hours.

  • After two hours yogurt is set properly. You can serve it and use it for breakfast granola, raita, or buttermilk.
