Ingredients

Plain roohafja drink

  • 1.5 cup chilled water
  • 2 tbsp roohafja
  • 1 tsp sugar powdered
  • 1 tsp basil seeds sabja seeds optional

Rooh Afza lemonade

  • 1.5 cup chilled water
  • 2 tbsp roohafza
  • 1 tsp sugar powdered
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon wedge for garnishing

Rooh Afza milkshake

  • 1.5 cup chilled milk full-fat milk
  • 1 tsp sugar powdered
  • 2 tbsp roohafja
  • 1 ripe banana optional

Rooh Afza lassi

  • 1 cup yogurt using greek yogurt
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar powdered
  • 2 tbsp roohafja

Learn how to make Plain roohafja drink

  • Start by adding chilled water, sugar powder, and roohafja syrup.
  • Blend well until sugar is dissolved. Serve immediately. You can add sabja seeds or basil seeds as well to make this refreshing drink.

Learn how to make Rooh Afza lemonade

  • Start by adding chilled water, sugar powder, lemon juice, and roohafja syrup.
  • Serve chilled with lemon wedge. This is really helpful to take in hot summer days.

Learn how to make Rose lassi or Rooh Afza lassi

  • In a blender add yogurt, water, rose syrup, and sugar. You can add cardamom as well like in sweet lassi, but it may over powder the rose flavours coming out from rooh afza.
  • Serve chilled and garnish with some dry fruits, I skip this as I enjoy this with rose flavor.

  • Simply blend chilled milk with sugar & syrup.
  • Enjoy roohafja milkshake as is or you can add basil seeds as well.

Notes

Tips 
  • I added sugar powder and then rooh afja or rose syrup. You can skip adding sugar and add more syrup to achieve the sweeter version.
  • Stevia, sugar-free, honey, or maple syrup are other sweeteners to use.
  • Use full-fat milk to make a milkshake, it tastes great with whole milk. Though there is no harm making a milkshake with low-fat as well.
  • You can add fruits like strawberry, banana while making milkshake & lassi.
  • Replace water with sprite or sparkling water to make plain rooh afza & lemonade. It will be another frizzy roohafza drink.
