1 Minute Healthy Microwave Mug Brownie Recipe | Eggless Mug Brownie Recipe
Microwave mug brownie is very simple and quick process to satiate your cravings for something sweet. A mug brownie or cake has everything like a normal brownie or cake only difference is the quantity which is sufficient enough to bake in a mug. This eggless microwave mug brownie is very handy to prepare in few minutes including preparation.
Servings 1 Serving
- 3 Tblsp whole wheat flour
- Pinch of salt
- 3 Tblsp powdered jaggery
- ½ Tsp vanilla essence
- 3 Tblsp olive oil or butter
- 3 Tblsp water
- 1 Tblsp choco chips
First of all, take a microwavable mug. To this add all the listed ingredients and mix nicely.
Spread few choco chips on the surface. I used chocolate shavings on top. Was running out of choco chips.
Microwave for 1 min. Timing is based on the microwave. Mine is 900w so I had to bake for another 20-30 seconds. If you have higher watt then 1 minute is sufficient.
Allow it to cool for five minutes.
Serve with ice cream or simply have it with chocolate syrup on top of it. One minute microwave mug brownie is ready to serve.
- Use brown sugar or normal sugar if you do not like jaggery taste. I needed a healthy version so added jaggery powder. Texture wise a bit denser as compared to using sugar. I noticed that.
- Tasted great with vanilla ice-cream.
