Adding a dash of lemon will give another variation of watermelon juice which you can call it as watermelon lemonade (will post soon). If seeds are big in size you need to deseed before processing in a blender. Else simply blend it for 20 seconds and it is ready. You can strain in mesh colander as well if seeds particle is there. Otherwise, pour in a glass, mix salt, cumin powder and have it. Add some vodka or rum or tequila and cocktail is ready for the party.Watermelon juice is very simple and quick to prepare at home. This recipe can be easily scaled down or up as per requirement. Let see how I prepare this watermelon juice.Watermelon juice is very simple and quick to prepare at home. Summer Cooler Watermelon Juice Recipe

    Ingredients                                                                   Serve 4

    6 Cup watermelon cubes deseeded
    1.5 teaspoon black salt
    1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
    Few ice cubes
    Mint leaves for garnishing

    Method

    1. Cut the watermelon and clean all the seeds.  Leave the rind and take all pieces into the blender.
    2. Add black salt and roasted cumin seed powder.
    3. Blend it for 20 seconds or till the cubes are combined evenly. If you see seeds particle run through in a mesh colander.
    4. Pour in glasses with some ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.

Refreshing watermelon juice is ready to beat the heat in summers. It really energizes you quickly.

    Notes

    1. Watermelon juice separates over time if sits for a longer duration. Just stir it before consuming.
    2. This quantity of salt was good enough for the taste. Increasing more can make watermelon flavor secondary.
