    Navratri fasting days are celebrated for nine days where we consume a variety of phalahari food. These vrat ki chutney or falahari chutney or satvik chutney make a great combination with farali dosa, vrat ka kuttu ka cheela or with farali cutlet.

    Vrat Ki Hari Chutney | Vrat Ki Chutney

    Ingredient                                                                      2 Serving

    ½ Cup tightly packed green coriander
    1.5 Tblsp lemon juice
    ½ teaspoon cumin seed
    1 or 2 Green chili
    Sendha namak or rock salt as per taste
    ¼ Cup water

    Method

    1. Add all ingredients except lemon juice in a grinding jar and pulse till you get a smooth consistency paste.
    2. As you get smooth paste open the jar, add lemon juice, adjust salt as per taste and pulse for 4-5 seconds.
    3. Vrat ki hari chutney or falahari chutney is ready to serve with vrat ka khana.

    How to make falahari chutney or vrat ki peanut chutney(vrat ki chutney) or Phalahari Mungfali Chutney.Vrat ki chutney or falahari chutney are prepared without using onion and garlic. Today I am sharing three phalahari chutney or satvik chutney recipes with easily available ingredients, named vrat ki hari chutney, vrat ki peanut chutney and vrat ki coconut chutney which are served during fasting days or upvaas.

    Vrat Ki Peanut Chutney | Vrat Ki Chutney

    Ingredient                                                                                2 Serving

    ½ Cup dry roasted peanut
    1 Tblsp Lemon juice
    ¼ Cup water
    sendha namak or rock salt as per taste
    1 or 2 green chili

    Method

    1 GreenChilii
    ¼ Cup water
    Sendha namal or rock salt as per taste

    Method

    1. Add all ingredients except lemon juice in a grinding jar and pulse till you get a smooth consistency paste.
    2. As you get smooth paste open the jar, add lemon juice, adjust salt as per taste and pulse for 4-5 seconds.
    3. Vrat ki coconut chutney or falahari chutney or phalahari coconut chutney is ready to serve with vrat ka khana.

    Note

    1. Skip any ingredient which is not allowed in fasting days.
    2. Adjust salt as per taste.
    3. Adjust green chili as per taste or skip.
