Few days back I went to my friend's place, there I saw a magazine named as "Vanita". I saw this savouries and thought of making it. I tried them and it came out very well. I and my sister finished them all. It is good for health too. There are two ways to make this, either you can bake or deep fry. I felt baking is a good idea to make this as it will be less oily. Even if you deep fry it and keep this on tissue papers, extra oil will be absorbed. Since I don't have microwave or oven so I had to deep fry it.

    Ingredients: 16 Pieces

    1 Cup wheat flour
½ Cup dried methi/fenugreek leaves chopped
    ½ teaspoon red chili powder
    1 Tbl besan
    3 teaspoon oil
    2 Tblsp sesame seeds
    Salt as per taste

Method: Mix the wheat flour, chopped methi leaves, salt, red chili powder, besan and oil. Bind into a stiff dough using water. Take small portions and roll out like puris. Put sesame seeds on the top of the each puri. Now either you can bake them or have them deep fry. I deep fried them until they become golden brown in color. Keep them on tissue paper to avoid extra oil.

Server with tea. Its a good tea time snack. They can be stored for a few days and so can be used as an instant snacks.
