    • Yogurt- Using greek yogurt has one benefits it is a protein-rich yogurt. Which not only making lassi thick and creamy but also helping me to reach my daily protein intake.
    • Strawberries- Use fresh strawberries, frozen berries may not result the same taste as fresh one.
    • Milk- To dilute the lassi drink using milk. You can add water as well.
    • Sweetener- Powdered sugar, stevia, honey, or maple syrup all works well with this yogurt smoothie.
    • Flavoring- Cardamom powder gives a nice aroma and flavor when you start drinking. Don't skip it.

    Step-1 Add everything in a blender

    Add greek yogurt, strawberries, cardamom powder, sugar and milk in the blender jar.

      I absolutely love sweet lassi and mango lassi, and this strawberry lassi was a perfect twist on the original! It's perfect for summer, and my kids thought it was a strawberry milkshake and loved it!

      I buy strawberries every week at the farmer's market and am always looking for something new and different to make with them. I have just started using cardamom more and I love the flavor so I can't wait to give this lassi a try.
