Soya granule are a good source of fibre and protein rich it is. And I always in search of recipes made with either soya granules or soya chunks. Once I made soya chunks with spinach/palak and now soya granules with fenugreek/methi leaves. I must admit that it given a great taste. Try once and you will love the it for sure. In north india this is the protein source for vegetarian

    Ingredients: Sufficient For Three People

2 Bunch of fenugreek/methi leaves finely chopped
    1.5 Cup soya granules
1 Medium sized onion finely chopped
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    ½ teaspoon red chili powder
    ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
    ½ teaspoon coriander powder
    ¼ Turmeric powder
    ¼ teaspoon garam masala
    Salt as per taste
    Oil to cook

Method: Wash fenugreek/methi leaves and chopped finely. Soak soya granules in warm water and add some salt into it. Keep it like that for 10-15 min.

Meanwhile prepare for tadka. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they starts spluttering add chopped onion. Fry them till its color changes to golden brown. To this add ginger-garlic paste & fry for another 1 min.

Drain all the water from soya granules and add it to fried onion. Mix it well and cook for another 2-3 min. After this add methi/fenugreek leaves and all spices like turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Add 1 cup of water to it and mix well.

Cover the pan with the help of lid so that methi leaves can become tender and granules absorbs all spices favour well.
Cook this for 5-7 min. Stir it in between to make sure it does not get burnt. After this add garama masala & mix well. Serve hot with roti or paratha.

I must say you would not have tasted a dish like this before. You will just love the flavour it gives you . Do try and tell me :D.
