Plain roohafja drink
Making simple roofafja drink is the easiest way to prepare it. Either add sugar powder to make it or use extra syrup for the sweeter taste.
Start by adding chilled water, sugar powder, and roohafja syrup. Blend well until sugar is dissolved. Serve immediately. You can add sabja seeds or basil seeds as well to make this refreshing drink.
Rooh Afza lemonade
Adding lemon juice in plain rooh afja will result in lemonade. Blend chilled water, lemon juice, sugar, and syrup.
Serve chilled with lemon wedge. This is really helpful to take in hot summer days.
Rose lassi or Rooh Afza lassi
Lassi is one of the traditional Indian drinks consumed during summer days. Over time it has evolved with various flavors and styles. Rose lassi is one of the variations of Indian Sweet Lassi.
In a blender add yogurt, water, rose syrup, and sugar. You can add cardamom as well like in sweet lassi, but it may over powder the rose flavours coming out from rooh afza.
