Pinwheel cookies and marble cookies are all-time favorite cookies, loved by all age groups, eggless and I made them using wheat flour. The basic dough recipe is the same for making both cookies that is the reason named this post as 2in1 dough recipe.
Pinwheel cookies are a great snack for kids tiffin box, having chocolate and vanilla flavor swirls, kids love them chewing layer-wise. I have used chocolate and vanilla flavor for these cookies as both are kids favorite and a basic dough recipe. I used whole wheat flour to make pinwheel cookies.
