Phool Makhana Namkeen

Ingredient                                                                                    5 Serving

3 Cups Phool makhana or lotus seeds
2 Tblsp ghee or clarified butter
Sendha namak as per taste

Method

  1. Heat a kadhai on medium heat and dry roast Phool makhana. Keep stirring them for 4-5 min as they burn very fast.
  2. To this add ghee and salt as per your taste. Stir them for a while and phool makhana namkeen is ready to serve.

Note

  1. You can add peanuts too, they are also eaten during fasting.
  2. Adding chat masala will give a twist and kids love it
