Onion paratha is my favorite paratha, but never added capsicum in it. I'm sure it must be tastier and more flavorsome than onion paratha. Next time will add capsicum to my onion paratha

This method of adding the onions and capsicum in the dough itself is easier than the stuffing one. I love onion in parathas, but haven't tried adding capsicum. Must be a very flavorful one.

Our Sindhi Masala Koki is almost the same - just a little thicker and some more fat :(( , but it’s a great idea to make parathas which will consume lesser oil . Excellent parathas ! I simply live the onion in these .
