Nutella Chocolate Brownie In Microwave | Eggless And Whole Wheat Brownie

Today I am sharing eggless Nutella Chocolate Brownie using whole wheat flour baked in a microwave for two servings. It is soft, moist, and so delicious with chocolaty Nutella. Replacing normal sugar with coconut sugar just to make it on the healthier side.

While searching for Nutella recipes I did not find eggless brownie or cake recipe. Few recipes, which I got had egg yolk, somehow using eggs in baking things I get raw smell of eggs while eating. So I try hard to avoid eggs in my baked goods. This recipe I tried 4-5 times and everytime outcome was same. This Nutella chocolate brownie is very quick to make in the microwave, just 2-3 minutes and you are done.Today I am sharing eggless Nutella Chocolate brownie using whole wheat flour baked in a microwave for two. It is soft, moist, and so delicious with chocolaty Nutella. Replacing normal sugar with coconut sugar just to make it on the healthier side.

Nutella brownie should be baked for approximately 2 minutes. Initially, it will rise very quickly but after taking out from microwave sinks a bit. Baking in microwave differs to microwave, so check after 60 seconds and bake further for 30 seconds.

Nutella Chocolate Brownie In Microwave

Ingredients                                                                                        2 Servings

1/4 Cup whole wheat
2 Tblsp cocoa powder
1/4 Tsp baking powder
2 Tblsp coconut sugar
3 Tblsp Nutella
1 Tblsp olive oil
3 Tblsp curd
4 Tblsp milk

Method

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder 2-3 times. This is a very important step in this brownie I experienced during the trial. While adding Nutella dry flour mixture should be airy otherwise lumps will remain as it is.
  2. Now mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl nicely till Nutella mixed with other ingredients.
  3. Pour this batter in a microwavable bowl, a bigger version of a mug.
  4. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Checks after 1 minutes and then bake for 30 seconds. Check again and bake for another 30 seconds.
  5. Eggless whole wheat Nutella chocolate brownie is ready to serve with your vanilla ice cream or you can have it with coffee in evening snack.
  6. First time I loved Nutella in this brownie. Looking for more Nutella recipe in future.

Note

  1. After 1 minute of baking check every 30 seconds. Because baking time will completely depend on the microwave you have.
  2. sifting all dry ingredients is very very important. Later it is a bit tricky to mix with Nutella.

    1. Pooja if emergency than you can use baking soda instead of baking powder. But baking powder is recommended. As it contains some chemicals which work in a heated environment and helps to make the spongy base.
