    No-bake macadamia nut bars are vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free energy bars made with dates, macadamia nuts, and almonds.

    Made with just 3 ingredients this no-bake, no-cook macadamia bars are chewy in texture and firm enough to stay in shape at room temperature.

    The no-bake macadamia date energy bar is very easy to make at home without any fancy ingredients or equipment.

    These soft and chewy macadamia bars are healthy nut bar recipe. Making this snack in the food processor seems so easy and fuss free.

    You just need to collect all ingredients and grind them. Set in a sheet pan and cut into squares.

    Macadamia Nutrition

    Macadamia nut is a low carb snack. It is loaded with healthy monosaturated fatty acids and a good source of fiber, Vit B6, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, and zinc.

    Usually macadamia nuts are gluten-free but still make sure that they are not exposed to gluten while processed.

    This macadamia snack is sweetened with dates, with a unique flavor of macadamia with the chewiness of coconut.

    • Macadamia Nut - This is the star ingredient of this recipe. One of the nuts with healthy fat and keto-friendly.
    • Dates - It works for making this snack sweet. So this healthy nut bar recipe is refined sugar-free.
    • Almond - I added almond just for extra crunch.
    • Coconut - This is optional, I just added a few tbsp.

    How to make No-Bake Macadamia Nut Bars

    To make no-bake macadamia date bar you just need dates, macadamia nuts, and almonds.

    Grind them to a fine consistency and just set them in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle some desiccated coconut and cut them in the desired shape. 

    So let see how to make this nutritious and healthy no-cook, vegan, gluten-free no-bake macadamia date energy bar.

    1. First of all, clean the dates and remove the seeds.
    2. After that in a food processor add dates, almond, and macadamia nuts. Grind this until dry fruits are broken into pieces and mix together consistently.
    3. Now line a parchment paper in a baking pan or on a plate.
    4. Finally, pour this mixture in the pan and set it with the help of a spatula. Spread some desiccated coconut on top. Set them and keep in the fridge until they firm.
    5. Cut them into the desired shape. Macadamia nut bars ready to serve with milk in the breakfast time or snack time.

    This macadamia date bar makes a perfect pre or post-workout snack. Have it with milk in breakfast or munch in snack time.

    Store in an airtight container and keep at room temperature. They are good for a month at room temperature.

    You can have any combination of the nut in place of macadamia and make a new version of energy bar.

    Almonds, cashews, pistachio, walnuts, pecans can be added in place of macadamia nuts.

    3. Medjool dates are very soft in texture and easy to handle. This not only makes the recipe sweet but also works well for binding the mixture.
    4. You can also add raisins, cranberry to give more fruity flavor.
