No-Bake Macadamia Date Energy Bar

Ingredient                                                         10 squares

1 Cup dates deseeded (I used Medjool dates)
3/4 Cup macadamia nuts
1/2 Cup almond
2 Tblsp desiccated coconut (optional)

Method

  1. First of all, clean the dates and remove the seeds.
  2. After that in a food processor add dates, almond, and macadamia nuts. Grind this until dry fruits are broken into pieces and mix together consistently.
  3. Now line a parchment paper in a baking pan or in a plate.
  4. Finally, pour this mixture in the pan and set it with the help of a spatula. Spread some desiccated coconut on top. Set them and keep in the fridge until they firm.
  5. Cut them into the desired shape. No-bake macadamia date energy bar ready to serve with milk in the breakfast time or snack time.

Note

  1. Mix and match dry fruits as per availability. A new combination will come out.
