No bake apricot energy bar are prepared with apricots, almonds, oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and coconut. These are sugar-free, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free. Being sugar-free these no bake apricot energy bars makes a perfect pre or post workout meal.
A great snack for those who look out for sugarless options and kids simply enjoy them having with milk in breakfast time. You can also serve these as a sweet after a meal. This will go perfect after-school snack for kids too which is healthy and nutritious.
No bake energy bar is a perfect snack and quick to make. Just grind everything in food processor, set in and cut. Being high in fiber, good fats, sugar-free and containing wholefoods makes them a perfect nutbar. It is easy to experiment them, switch them with other nuts and make.

No Bake Apricot Energy Bar
Ingredient 10-12 Pieces
2 Cups of tightly packed apricot (khubani)
Almond ½ cup
Sunflower n pumpkin seeds ½ cup
Oats ½ cup
Dry coconut ½ cup
Method
- In a food processor add apricot, almond, oats, seeds, and coconut. Pulse until dry fruits are broken into pieces.
- Grind it until you see everything together and mixed properly.
- Line a parchment paper in a baking pan or in a plate.
- Pour this mixture in the pan and set it with the help of a spatula. Set them and keep in the fridge until they firm.
- Cut them into the desired shape. No bake apricot energy bar ready to serve with milk in the breakfast time or after-school snack time.
Note
- You can use figs or dates also to make such nut bars. Again there is no need to add any liquid ingredients.
- Mix and match dry fruits as per availability. A new combination will come out.
