It is so much fun nowadays having homemade pizza cooked in the oven. While doing mega marathon event, I came across many different kinds of pizza recipes and this disc pizza recipe from Tarla Dalal was in my list from a long long time. Kids simply loved this vegetable loaded cheesy bread and finished them in no time. For the diet conscious people like me, I used multigrain bread, so it is a family time enjoying vegetable cheesy bread pizza. I have made paratha pizza and ragi pizza so far.

These cheesy vegetable discs make a great party snack, serve them as an appetizer or in a kitty party or in any game day event. These mini pizza bites are loved by kids as well as by grown-ups.
