Mango lassi is a yogurt or curd based Indian summer drink. It is prepared using homemade curd or yogurt, sugar, fresh mango chunks or mango pulp, garnished with dry fruits and saffron strands.
To make this lassi using mango chunks, just replace mango pulp with the same quantity of mango chunks. Rest of the process will remain same.

Thaw for 2-3 hours before using it, serve with ice cubes.
Definitely it is healthy, nutritious, and a protein-rich drink. Curd or yogurt is a probiotic drink in itself, adding fruit in it makes it fibrous with micronutrients. So YES it is great for weight loss as well.
