Soup making I started with this Tarala Dalal's lemon and coriander soup. I find it so easy peasy, very relieving in cold or if you wanna enjoy something lemony, salty drink. Rich in Vit C helps to comfort in cold. Now my son enjoys having this too, making it reminds me of my old time. When me n hubby two of us used to enjoy our soup bowls with all romance, chit-chat and much more.Lemon and coriander soup is easy to make, with herbs like coriander, chopped carrot, cabbage and boil in vegetable stalk. This is so nutritious and flavorful.

Soups are a liquid form of food served hot or cold. They are normally served as an appetizer before the main course. Soups are full of flavors and very nutritious. In this lemon and coriander soup, I have not done any modification except stalk I used simple water. The vegetable stalk will add more flavors to this soup.

That is one flavorful soup and love such light soups over creamy thick ones.
