Lentils or dals are a great source of protein. Lauki chana dal is my father’s favorite dish. I remember him telling my mom to cook it time to time. Here is I am telling how my mom cooked which somewhere I tweaked as per my taste. If I remember lauki was never tasted good to me and avoided by me whenever my mom cooked it. But after blogging I am fallen in love with this healthy vegetable.
