Green coriander chutney or hari chutney is very famous with snacks like tikki, kababs, fritters and great for sandwiches too. This chutney is also a must have dip for any kind of stuff parathas. Blending green coriander, mint, green chili, ginger, garlic together and chutney is ready to serve in a few seconds. A little change in any of the ingredients and you will get a new flavor of chutney altogether. Here I am sharing this chutney with peanuts, my sister-in-law makes this way.
I remember my father loved having coriander chutney for lunch or dinner. Those days we did not have a grinding machine, only "silbatta". And it was a big task for me or to my sister to get chutney done on that. We used to avoid sometimes by diverting topics and then mummy used to make finally. Now after having grinder-mixer I keep making this chutney for my kids and keep remembering these moments.
