To prepare fruit custard first start heating milk on low flame, adding brown and polson custard powder and cook for few more minutes till it thickens further. Adjust sugar as per taste, for aroma, I add some cardamom powder and delicious custard sauce is ready. Add cut fresh fruits after it cools down and serves.

I have used banana, apple, grapes, and pomegranate. Any fruit which is sweet in taste can be added. Avoid adding many citrus fruits like orange and kiwi as they do not go well with the custard. Also, don’t add watery fruits as watermelon or muskmelon.Fruit custard is a dessert prepared with custard sauce and adding fresh sweet taste fruits.
