It took 10 minutes to get ready with ingredients and 20 minutes to bake them. They came out so beautifully. As soon as they were at room temperature half of them were gone. My kids picked from the cooling rack and started munching on these beauties. Must say with the aroma of cinnamon powder they taste heavenly. Making baked banana recipes are a great way of using overripe bananas. There is no need to have a grinder or mixer, simply use the fork and mash banana. Adding choco chips are simply optional. I have bought a big batch of choco chips now so try to add in baking stuff as n when I can.

  1. A Perfect Tea time and after school snack for kids. Love whole wheat bakes as they are way more healthier than refined flour. Walnuts provide the perfect crunch and nutty flavour.

  2. I simply love wholewheat muffins with banana and walnuts. Such a classic combination. I’ve tried them with yogurt instead of vinegar and they turn out super soft.
