Here I am with the recipe An Easy Curd dip or Yogurt Dip With Just Four Ingredients Perfect For Falafel And Kababseasy Curd dip or yoghurt dip is very quick and easy dip to prepare, just mixing curd with soya sauce and garlic, a delicious dip is ready in no time.

Easy Curd Dip or Yoghurt Dip

    Ingredients                                                                         2-4 people

½ Cup hung/normal curd or yogurt
2 Medium sized garlic pods grated
    1 teaspoon soya sauce
    A pinch of pepper

    Method

    1. Mix everything together, stir well and your dip is ready to serve.
    2. It tastes amazing with any dry snack. But I found it more useful for falafel recipes.

    Note

    1. This yield half a bowl dip which is sufficient for four adults.
    2. It should be prepared fresh and use asap. Keeping it for a few hours does not taste good. Serve this easy and quick dip with falafel and kababs.
