Corn salsa can be prepared in many ways.

    1. You can use fresh corn. They are soft and sweet in taste.
    2. Grilled or boiled corn, this will enhance the flavor. If grilling is not possible then just saute them for few minutes.
    3. Salsa is incomplete without adding avocado. However feel free to add, it is optional to add avocado in this salsa.
    4. Do not use canned corn. That will be mushy and leave a lot of water after adding salt and lemon juice.
    5. Add any seasonal veggie you like. This corn salsa is quite easy to make, combining sweet corn, chopped tomato, onion, serrano chili, cilantro and a dash of lime juice.
