    So let see how to make these chocolate corn flakes, an easy and quick no-bake recipe.Chocolate corn flakes are very easy to make and loved by kids. With just melted chocolate and readymade corn flakes, even kids can make them. If you run out of kids cereal then chocolate corn flakes come very handy. It is such a quick and easy recipe which require no baking.

     Chocolate Corn Flakes Recipe

    Ingredient                                                                         4-5 Servings

    1 Cup white compound chocolate or white choco chips
    1 Cup ready corn flakes
    Parchment paper

    Method

    1. First of all, take a microwavable mixing bowl, add chocolate and microwave it for 30-40 seconds. Stir it with spatula or spoon. If not melted completed then again microwave it for another 20-30 seconds.  By this time chocolate is melted nicely in a creamy texture.
    2. To this add corn flakes and mix very well. Each corn flakes should be covered in melted chocolate.
    3. While mixing if chocolate starts thickening then microwave it for another 20 seconds.
    4. Take 1 tablespoon of chocolate corn flakes mixture and place it on parchment paper. Repeat the same with rest of the mixture. This step should complete before the chocolate hardens.
    5. Refrigerate it for 15 min and take them out. Serve with milk and let kids enjoy munching these chocolate corn flakes.

    Notes

    1. While mixing chocolate and cornflakes chocolate starts hardening. You can microwave it for 20-30 second. Otherwise corn flak, s will not be chocolate coated properly.
    2. Placing on parchment paper should be a quick process as again chocolate will harden and the mixture will fall apart.
