I do make cabbage and carrot paratha/flatbread indivisually, they are tasty as well as very healthy. Can be eaten in a breakfast or lunch or dinner. Easy to make. Their mix combination is also delicious. Do try it out.

    Ingredients: Sufficient For making 9
    parathas
    2 Cup whole
    wheat flour
    2 Tsp
    roasted cumin seed powder
    2 Cup fresh
    grated cabbage
    1 Medium
    sized carrot grated
    ½ Cup
    chopped spring onion
    1.5 Tsp
    salt
    1 teaspoon red
    chili powder
    2 Tblsp
    green coriander chopped finely
    2 Green
    chilies chopped finely
    1 Medium
    sized onion chopped finely
    Method: Mix
everything together to make a soft dough. Don’t use water, as addition of salt
cabbage will release water so there is no need to add extra water. Keep that
    aside for few min.

    Add more
flour if mixing becomes very wet sort of. Now devide the dough into small
portions and roll out into 7-8” diameter circle. Roast it from both side until
    turned golden brown.
