When I got to know about street food theme I was excited, with this bread omelet my hostel memories are attached. Really cannot explain in words how it was to have it in the cold weather and on the street having a plate in our palms. Smell and hotness of the omelet was a heavenly feeling for our empty tummy. Though we mix other veggies in omelet while making at home but this simple yet mouthwatering omelet is a special one as we get it on small dhaba as street food. Bread omelet is one of the famous street food in India with bread slices and eggs mixture.
