Ingredient 1.5 Cup Tea Spice Mix
¼ Cup green cardamom
¼ Cup Cinnamon Stick
3 Tblsp black peppercorn
¼ Cup cloves
2 Tblsp fennel seeds
2 Tblsp dry ginger powder
1 Nutmeg
How To Make chai ka masala or Tea Spice Mix
- Add all the ingredients in a jar and grind till you get a coarse powder.
- You can dry roast all the spices for a minute before grinding. Make sure that spices are at room temperature while grinding.
- Store it in an airtight container. Homemade Masala chai mix or chai ka masala is ready to use in typical Indian tea recipe.
