    Microwave mug brownie is very simple and quick process to satiate your cravings for something sweet. A mug brownie or cake has everything like a normal brownie or cake only difference is the quantity which is sufficient enough to bake in a mug.     Just whisking together few ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, oil, sweetener and choco chips in a mug. Microwave it for one minute and you are done. I saw this recipe here and wanted to try it. I have replaced sugar with jaggery powder.

    1 Minute Healthy Microwave Mug Brownie Recipe

    Ingredient                                                    Serve 1

    3 Tblsp whole wheat flour
    Pinch of salt
    3 Tblsp powdered jaggery
    ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
    3 Tblsp olive oil or butter
    3 Tblsp water
    1 Tblsp choco chips

    Method

    2. Spread few choco chips on the surface. I used chocolate shavings on top. Was running out of choco chips.
    3. Microwave for 1 min. Timing is based on the microwave. Mine is 900w so I had to bake for another 20-30 seconds. If you have a higher watt then 1 minute is sufficient.
    4. Allow it to cool for five minutes.
    5. Serve with ice cream or simply have it with chocolate syrup on top of it.     Note

    1. Use brown sugar or normal sugar if you do not like jaggery taste. I needed a healthy version so added jaggery powder. I noticed that texture wise a bit denser as compared to using sugar.
    2. Tasted great with vanilla ice-cream.

      Thanks for your article on this weblog. From my personal experience, many times softening up a photograph could possibly provide the photographer with a chunk of an creative flare. Often times however, the soft cloud isn't just what exactly you had planned and can usually spoil an otherwise good snapshot, especially if you consider enlarging that.
